Baires Apartments nació para reunir las necesidades de dos sectores que se complementan cada día en mayor medida: La de los Inversores y la de los Viajeros de todo el mundo. Nuestro trabajo se divide en dos unidades de negocio, pero ambas trabajan en conjunto para crear una nuevo servicio global: Compra-Venta de Inmuebles en Buenos Aires y Alquiler de departamentos temporarios y amoblados en Buenos Aires.

There are two methods; you can either book for an apartment through our website or talk to one of our experts to assist you. Once you have selected the apartment you will be acquiring, you will make a deposit to confirm your reservation.  The rest of the reservation will be paid in full upon arrival.

Credit card, Paypal, bank deposit or transfer from a local ban.

All of our rates are in US dollars but it is also possible to pay in Argentinian Pesos at the current currency exchange when you confirm your reservation or pay the rest of the remaining balance owed.

The occupancy calendars are updated daily. Nonetheless, the availability changes frequently almost by minute. If the department you picked is not available, we will immediately send different apartments options that have similar characteristics to the department that you had previously selected.

We require a 3 night minimum stay for each apartment, no exceptions made.

Yes. At the moment of receiving the apartment there is a deposit for incidentals. The amount will be returned at check-out once the apartment has been cleared for damages.

Yes. In prolonged stays it is possible to make payments of the rent (corresponding to the owner) in monthly payments, as your stay advances.

No. The accommodations we offer include all of the services (such as; gas, electricity, water, cable, internet, and phone)  The amount reflected on our website is the final cost.

The prices shown are monthly quotas. Our apartments are more economically  affordable by monthly periods. Each apartment corresponds with a weekly quota,  when adding the dates on the calculator you can see the total for your stay.

All the prices in our website are per night in each apartment, keeping in mind the information in each apartment. Is important to note that each apartment has a maximum guest occupancy.

Check in is from 9:00AM-6:00PM. If you arrive before or after the check in time frame or passed past midnight, we can arrange your check in. We can even send you a private driver to look for you in the airport to take you to your apartment and check you in. We could send a private driver to pick you up in the airport and he will do the check in process.

At the time of check in, the remaining balance must be paid in cash. You can either pay in US dollars or Argentinian Pesos. If interested in paying with a credit card, the remaining amount has to be paid 48 hrs before check in.

Condiciones de Reserva

Acerca de las Reservas, Operatoria, Términos de Uso y Políticas de Cancelación.

Anyone that wants to make a reservation must have reached the legal minimum age to rent or buy in his/her country of residence and must guarantee us he/her is financially responsible for the payment of services contracted through BAIRES APARTMENTS.

You can start your reservation request through the website filling the reservation application form, by e-mail or calling to our office by phone.

You must contact us 72hrs before the check in date to confirm your request.

We will contact you within the next 48 hours after your request to supply relevant information, availability and prices.

A deposit of 30% of your total stay is required to make a reservation. We accept bank transfers, western union or similar, or payments can be made in our office. (in dollars or the equivalent in euros)..

Full payment shall be paid on signing the contract.

Prices advertised online do not include 12% agency commission.

Besides the rental, the tenant must pay a guarantee deposit. This amount will variate accordingly to the amount paid at the contract. This shall be paid in cash (in dollars or the equivalent in euros or pesos) and shall be reimbursed once the stay has finished. If there are damages, the tenant must pay them in accordance with the cost set forth in the inventory.

- For rent amounts from 0 to USD 1000, the damage deposit will be 50% of the total rent with a minimum of USD 200 and a maximum of USD 400
- For rent amounts from USD 1001 to USD 3000 the damage deposit will be 35% of the total rent with a minimum of USD 400 and a maximum of USD 1000
- For rent amounts of over USD 3001 the damage deposit will be of USD 1000.


Damage deposit value may vary according to special apartment conditions.

BAIRES APARTMENT’S first commitment is to provide the best service to our customers with fast and efficient answers to solve any problem or any request that can happen 24hrs a day 365 days a year. A Staff member will welcome you on arrival, assist you during your stay and see you off when you depart.

The check in time is set at 2:00pm UTC/GMT but can be changed if there is no other guest in the property before leaving the same day. The check out time is set at 10:00 a.m. UTC/GMT. Late check-out options will be considered on a case by case basis.

BAires Apartments charges a one-time administration fee of USD 45 whenever you check into the apartment.

The names and ages of all the people that will stay in the unit are required upon signing the contract. Accommodating more guests in the facilities than what was previously established in the contract is sufficient reason for eviction. Homeowners and BAIRES APARTMENTS reserve the right to refuse admission.

You should call BAIRES APARTMENTS as soon as possible for any kind of inconvenience or fault in the facilities' functioning to let as find the best and the fastest solution.

The rent includes all the property's services and taxes such as: the property's common expenses, taxes, light, gas, water, telephone, cable, TV, bills and maid service (only if included in the apartment -see apartment s details first) . The stay and the mandatory deposit are paid on your arrival to the apartment. .

The company’s personnel have previously selected all the apartments published on BAIRES APARTMENTS and all of them are fully furnished and equipped with full tableware, kitchen utensils and linen.

Most of the apartments listed on this site may be reserved for a minimum stay of 1 week except for apartments advertised in the website where you can rent for a term less than a week. The maximum stay is 6 months (in accordance with applicable legislation in force) with the possibility of renewing the contract for 6 months more..

BAIRES APARTMENTS is in charge of all the reservation procedures for a specified property for the period stated by the guest. Should there be an unforeseen event in the property prior to your arrival that make your stay there impossible, BAIRES APARTMENTS proposes relocating you to another apartment of similar characteristics and amenities, available at the time of your trip.

On the guest's arrival, at the time previously agreed on by both parties, a BAIRES APARTMENTS representative will welcome you in the rented property where he will show you how facilities are used and provide useful information on the local establishments like nearby tourist spots, transportation, restaurants, bars, parks, etc.

At that time, the rent contract and attached inventory will be signed and you shall pay the rest of your stay plus the corresponding guarantee deposit and the guest will receive the apartment keys. At this time you will agree with the BAIRES APARTMENTS representative on the time to leave the apartment (check out). If the property is rented on the same day, the check out must be at 10:00 a.m. UTC/GMT to allow enough time to prepare the unit for the new guest’s arrival. Apartments must be left in the same condition as you received it.

BAires Apartments or the apartment owner will not be responsible in case the common amenities of the building are unavailable during your stay for any given reason.

At the time of the apartment's check-out, the guest returns the property's keys and will recieve his/her guarantee deposit back, after checking the corresponding inventory and the apartment's general state.

If the guest needs to cancel the reservation, the guest will not be refunded his/her security deposit. The same applies if he/she wants to shorten his/her stay because this considered to be a compensation loss on account of contract breach.

Temporary rent contracts cannot be extended, they have a commencement and an expiration date. Therefore, should the guest want to extend his/her stay in the rented property, he shall inform this as soon as possible to BAIRES APARTMENTS to make sure that the unit is not reserved by another guest. The extension requires signing a new contract for the new agreed time period, subject to availability and variations that prices may have suffered.
